We have just sent you another email containing the Reseller Application (.pdf) and a W-9 (.pdf).

The W-9 is required for all applicants in the USA.

If you cannot find it, please check your spam. It may take a few minutes to receive the email.

If it is in your spam, be sure to mark it as 'not junk' or 'not spam'.

Please fill out the application and send completed application to: resellers@lessemf.com

Applications sent to other email addresses will not be processed.

We try to process applications as soon as possible, however it can take up to 2 weeks.

Please do not contact us asking to expedite the process. This will only tie up our resources and cause a delay in the application processing.
